🎮 Can You Play PSP Games Online?

Yes, you can! Even though Sony shut down official PSP servers, you can still play multiplayer games online using the PPSSPP emulator and a virtual LAN tool like ZeroTier.

🧰 What You'll Need

• 📲 PPSSPP Emulator
• 🕹️ PSP game that supports Adhoc Multiplayer (e.g., Tekken 6, Monster Hunter)
• 🌐 Internet connection
• 🔁 ZeroTier VPN app

📥 Step 1: Install Required Apps

Download PPSSPP (Android)

Download ZeroTier (Android)

🎮 Step 2: Get a Multiplayer PSP Game

Use legal backups of your games or visit trusted ROM sites. Examples of supported games:

• Monster Hunter Freedom Unite
• God Eater Burst
• Dissidia 012
• Tekken 6

Place the game file (.iso/.cso) in your PSP > GAME folder.

🌐 Step 3: Create a ZeroTier Network

1. Go to my.zerotier.com
2. Create a free account
3. Click Create Network
4. Copy the Network ID to use later

📲 Step 4: Join ZeroTier Network on Android

1. Open ZeroTier One
2. Tap ➕ to join network using your copied Network ID
3. Return to my.zerotier.com and authorize the device

🛠️ Step 5: Configure PPSSPP for Online Play

1. Open PPSSPP Emulator
2. Go to Settings > Networking
3. Enable:
   • ✅ Enable networking/WLAN
   • ✅ Enable built-in PRO Adhoc server
4. Set Adhoc Server IP to 10.147.17.1

🎯 Step 6: Launch Game & Connect

1. Both players open the same game
2. Go to Multiplayer/Adhoc mode
3. One hosts a room, the other joins
4. Enjoy playing online together!
